Plyometric training is probably one of the best simulator innovations in the last 50 years. Its growing use begins after the success of Russian high jumpers and triple jumpers of the late 60s.

Many athletes use in their training exercises jumps and throws in order to improve their explosive-speed abilities, thus achieve better results. This type of training is called plyometric training. Plyometric training is the relation between speed and power. We offer several different programs of plyometric training from beginner through advanced, to those of top athletes.
